In the past four years, I have been working within a variety of software product teams for large enterprise projects. Many have been internal systems that really become productivity tools for doing business faster and more efficiently than before we arrived. Bringing a product mindset to their internal teams and guiding them into Agile product development process. Many large companies would seek us out to help them develop larger projects faster and more efficiently than previously possible in their quest for digital transformation.
Companies such as Walmart Labs, Levi's, WESCO, PG&E and many more would come to us for a variety of product development needs that were design led, run efficiently, and delivered on time.
Leading UX and Strategy efforts would include, Workshops, rational docs, pitch decks, Art of the Possible discovery, Journey maps, Persona development, Architecture, Design, and delivery to development, helping guide them through complicated systems and requirements. Selling ideas to clients and then providing development a roadmap to deliver on the experience vision. While much of this work is concealed in NDAs and confidentiality, i few samples are open to talk about.
