Architecting a cutting edge self order software platform that connected Adobe Flash and Microsoft .NET was challenging. Delivering a project like the JetBlue T5 Experience was really putting it to the ultimate test. Eleven separate creative themes, an advertising channel, categorized creative assets for each, Digital Menu Boards to match each theme. This multi-million dollar project was monumental and enormously rewarding. It took the customer experience to new heights, showing once again that JetBlue will lead the pack when it comes to this discipline.
